Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Cancellation Policy

First session  Your first session is an initial assessment with a clinician at My Psychology Ireland, this is a chance to discuss why you have reached out for an appointment. It is also a chance for us to assess if we are able to support you further & if not to offer you guidance and an onward referral. For clients under 18 we ask that parents attend the first appointment to provide history & background.  ​ Follow up appointments  It is difficult to determine the number of appointments you may need at My Psychology Ireland. Appointments are typically carried out on a weekly/fortnightly basis as agreed with your clinician. Periodic reviews of the therapy are also encouraged so you can discuss progress.  Office Location   Our office is located on Middle Street, with the doorway between Foot Solutions & Helen Walsh Opticians. You can view our location by searching for My Psychology Ireland on Google Maps ​ Payments   Appointments are paid for at the time of booking. Online appointments must be paid for within 24 hours of booking. Cancellation policy  Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be fully chargeable.  ​ Administrative staff We employ helpful and pleasant reception and administration staff who will be pleased to answer any general queries you may have. Our receptionist assists the psychologists to arrange appointments, welcome you to the office, answer your queries, take minutes at meetings and carry out administration tasks. Everything that you tell them is treated in confidence. They work on a part time basis so we would ask you to allow us 48 hours to respond to any queries.
