My child is anxious about attending, what can I tell them about the assessment?
An educational psychologist helps young people in lots of different ways. They can help them with
things such as thinking and learning, understanding behaviour, understanding feelings, friendships,
problem solving, communication, social skills, memory, and study skills. They educational
psychologist might meet you in school, in an office, or online. Some of the things we might do
together include talking about what is important to you and how school is going; working on some
tasks and activities that will help us learn more about how your brain works, what your strengths are
and things you might need support with; talking with the people who know you well (like you
parents or teachers). After this, they will work with you, and the people who know you, to help you
have a better experience with your learning.

How much does an educational assessment cost?
The cost of an assessment as described above is €850.00. A €300.00 deposit is paid at the time of booking & the remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days before the assessment.

Where cancellations are made within 48 hours of your assessment you will be refunded any payments made towards the assessment minus a €300.00 non refundable deposit.
