You’ll have the option to select a preferred therapist if you already have someone in mind.

Complete our intake form.

We ask you to complete a short form to get started. It gathers your contact details and a little about why you’re seeking therapy. This helps us ensure we can offer the right support and match you with a therapist who’s a good fit for your needs. We also ask you about your preferences for therapy (including therapists) so you can find out more about our team here.

If we’re not the right service for you, we’ll let you know right away and do our best to guide you toward other helpful options.

We Review Your Form & Match You to the Right Therapist

Once we receive your intake form, our team carefully reviews it to understand your needs. Within 48 hours, we’ll get back to you with either:

  • An appointment time with a psychologist who has availability
    or

  • Information about joining the waiting list for the therapist who’s the best fit for you

We always aim to connect you with the right support—not just the next available appointment.

Book Your Appointment

Once we’ve matched you with the right therapist, we’ll send you the available appointment options. You can choose to attend in-person at our Galway office or online via secure video call—whatever works best for you.
