CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, things can occur unexpectedly, and we all experience illness. We would kindly ask that you cancel an appointment with at least 48 hour’s notice. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time a full fee will be charged for the missed appointment.

If your clinician becomes unwell, we will contact you using the mobile number or email address you have provided. We will endeavour to do so as far as possible in advance of your appointment. 

In the event where appointments are cancelled or not attended & you do not reschedule, your appointment slot will be held for a period of two weeks. If you do not contact us to make a further appointment/arrange a break in therapy, then we will assume you no longer wish to engage at this time. You will be discharged from My Psychology Ireland, and we would ask you to re refer for further appointments.
