We employ helpful and pleasant reception and administration staff who will be pleased to answer any general queries you may have. Our receptionist assists the psychologists to arrange appointments, welcome you to the office, answer your queries, take minutes at meetings and carry out administration tasks. Everything that you tell them is treated in confidence. They work on a part time basis so we would ask you to allow us 48 hours to respond to any queries. Please check to confirm you understand

I understand that payment is required in advance of my session and that cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be fully charged. I acknowledge that if I miss my session without notice, I may still be responsible for the full fee.*
