Anxiety can show up in many ways — racing thoughts, physical symptoms, avoidance, overthinking, and more. This gentle, evidence-based course will help you make sense of what you’re feeling and give you realistic tools to manage anxiety in everyday life.
You’ll be supported each week by Dr. Patricia Barber, Chartered Psychologist, and her Assistant Psychologist, in a warm, non-judgmental space. Sessions are live on Zoom, with a replay available after each session if you can’t attend in real time.
