Week 1 Feb 3rd: Organisational SkillsLearn how to declutter and structure your physical and digital spaces in a way that works for your unique brain. This session provides simple, practical tools to create an environment that supports focus and productivity.
Week 2 Feb 10th: Time Management SkillsDiscover how to manage your time effectively by setting priorities, creating realistic schedules, and tackling procrastination. This week focuses on strategies that make planning feel achievable.
Week 3 Feb 17th: Self-Care ChallengesAddress common self-care struggles, such as maintaining healthy routines with diet, sleep, and medication. This session will help you develop habits that promote long-term well-being.
Week 4 Feb 24th : Managing Stress, Finances, & ImpulsivityGain practical tools to reduce stress, manage impulsive behaviours, and improve your financial habits. This session aims to help you feel more in control of life's challenges.
